SUBWAY®Restaurants, 4157 West Peterson Avenue, Chicago, IL, USA

4157 West Peterson Avenue, Chicago, 60646 Illinois, United States

March 1st around 4:30 pm I ate a 6 inch tuna on oat bread with lettuce, pickle, olive and spices. Within 2 hours I felt nauseous. Within 4 hours I was sweating, vomiting and had diarrhea. This lasted all night. I finally stopped vomiting but the diarrhea lasted hours longer. I’m still not quite right. This was the worst feeling ever. I can’t in good conscience ever eat subway again. I just can’t. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
