Bought an footlong black forest ham with egg whites and cheese with everything on it including sweet onion sauce. Found parts of a mosquito in my food, the only meal I had for today. After eating I got an upset stomach, vomiting, fever, nausea, diaharia, dizziness and dehydration. I returned to Subway, I got a refund back. Rating the pain/ etc 9/10 I won't be returning here.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
