11-15-2017 I ordered the 12" Cold Cut Combo, with Provolone cheese, spinach, tomato, pickles, mustard and mayo. I ate half my sandwich and got diarrhea about 5 hrs later. My husband ate the rest of my sandwich the next day and got sick as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
