Ate a oven roasted chicken with jalapeños lettuce red onion American cheese and ranch on Italian herbs and cheese. The food toasted and smelled okay but none of it digested and I vomittted profusely with diarrhea for about 12 hours. None of the food was well digested and I had eaten no other meals that day.I ate there on February 1st 2018 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
