Turkey Sub Sickens Diner - Subway, Mendota Heights Minnesota

I ate a foot long sandwich on white bread with turkey, lettuce, American cheese, mayo, olives, pickles & cucumbers on Sunday at about 3 PM. This was the only food I ate that day. I have never experience problems with subway before- therefore I am very dissappointed to say that at about 2 AM I felt extremely nauseous and couldn’t sleep. Got up, drank water, and ended up vomiting. I went back to sleep and slept all day without eating anything on Monday until I ate dinner and threw up again so I went to the doctor who said I had food poisoning. Now it is Tuesday, I have felt light headed and dizzy all day, but no throwing up. I am very dissappointed! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Lightheaded
