Ate footlong 5meat italian sub with spinach tomatoes onion mayonnaise at 1130 pm, at 11pm experienced severe symptoms nausea, burning, vomiting and diarrhea. So severe i had to call out of work. Coworker who got lettuce also got sick with similar symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
