Yesterday , November 21st I had a sandwich at subway about 1:30 pm. It was the sweet onion chicken teriyaki with fresh spinach instead of lettuce I am pretty sure after thinking about it, the worker was not wearing gloves and I noticed a couple pieces of spinach that looked like it was going bad. After looking at my sandwich when taking the photo, it appears the tomatoes look bad | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
