I ate a salmon poke bowl yesterday 10/1225. At 12.08pm. It's on my bank statement. On my drive home form christchurch at 3pm . Started feeling bloated. Slowly got more bloated until I started just feeling really off. Later that night 11pm 12pmm I had severe pain in my stomach and bowel. Diarrhea about 5 times within 2 hr period. I had no food left in my stomach from lunch poke bowl but really needed to vomit. Sever burning g in my stomach. I vomited up clear liquid stomach acid. To stop the burning in my stomach I drunk baking soda and water. Half a tea spoon with 1/4 cup water. It helped the burning . The Diarrhea kept coming all night . It's 12.50pm rhe next day and I'm starting to feel okay. Just drained. I have had to take the day off work. As I'm exhausted and also work as a chef in a restaurant. I only ate the poke bowl that day and some dorrito chips. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
