I ate lunch there. Mostly raw salads, a baked potato with sour cream and green onions. A couple of muffins and ice cream. Returned home to a stomach ache. Woke up in the middle of the night with severe chills, diarrhea and nausea. Currently taking a strong antibiotic for the last ten days, which may have helped the food poisoning to stay under control. Woke up and now mostly a headache and fatigue. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Fatigue, Chills
