- comments: noted dirty food pans stored with the clean pot/pan storage. Instructed to completely remove food residue before storing with clean dishes.

- comments: noted the front prep drawer cooler leaking onto the floor creating excessive pooling water. Must repair cooler and maintain dry floor.

- comments: exterior doors of the tall reach-in cooler in the rear prep area noted dirty. ----interior of the front display cooler with beverage spillage. Must clean and maintain all.

- comments: walls under both washrooms wall mounted hand blow dryers with dirt. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: previous core violation not corrected from 1-20-23 report #2570016 #55- 6-201. 11-- floors and floor drains in the following areas with dirt and debris: drains under the three compartment sink, under and along baseboard of same sink and behind the dish machine. Under and along baseboards in the front prep area. Instructed to clean and maintain all. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
