I ate my food at about 7:50 and had the sudden urge to throw up at 9pm. I had a make your bowl with romaine, shredded cabbage, carrots, cilantro, kale, sunflower seeds, zattar bread crumbs, spicy broccoli, sesame tofu, avocado, and spicy cashew dressing. The food tasted good and I enjoyed eating it but ended up throwing it all up. I was feeling great leading up to eating this so I’m pretty certain it was the cause. My boyfriend got the “shroomami bowl” and felt fine after. | Symptoms: Vomiting
