At around 5:15pm on February 15, 2016 I ate a nacho supreme with only meat, cheese and sour cream on the chips. At 6pm my stomach started to hurt. By 6:15 my body was feeling like pins and needles all over and I started to vomit and have diarrhea. I became lethargic and had blurred vision. My body broke out into a sweat and I had chest pains and bad stomach pains. I was taken to the ER for fluids and electrolytes. The ER released me at 2:15am. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Blurry vision, Sweating, Chest Pain
