Taco Bell
Ordered three items at approx. 3:30am on 8/27/2015. I work nights so it was my normal dinner time. When I got to the speaker I was told the grill was down for the night (lazy employees refusing to do their job) so I had to order standard tacos and burritos. All three of the items were ice cold. My potato taco was literally served without any potatoes -- a tortilla with nothing but lettuce and cheese. I threw that away and in a moment of desperation, decided to microwave the other 2 items (beef burrito and taco) to a temperature suitable for consumption. My stomach started making noises only minutes after eating, and before I knew it I was dry heaving over the toilet.

This Taco Bell either needs to be shut down or have its employees replaced by ones competent enough to do their job correctly. I paid good money for food poisoning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
