- comments: no hot water at handwashing sink at rear prep area. Hot water temperature found at 75. 2f. Must provide hot water with a minimum temperature of 100f at all washbowls. Adequate hot water found at all other sinks. Instructed to wash hands at front handwashing sink. Priority violation 7-38-030(c),citation issued

- comments: ice on condenser unit inside the walk-in freezer. Icicle coming through from vent cover of the mentioned unit. Instructed to repair.

- comments: cutting boards in front of hot/cold unit in the kitchen with dark stains and deep cuts,must refinish or replace said cutting boards

- comments: food liquid encrusted inside the cabinet under the soda and ice machine. Must remove a plastic container with stagnate water. Clean and maintain.

- comments: repair leaking pipe under the soda/ice machine inside the cabinet of self serve unit. Also repair leaking knee handle at handwshing sink in rear prep area.

- comments: rear hallway that goes to inside garbage area, floor with grime and encrust food liquid. Clean and maintain

- comments: food handler training certificate provided on site are all expired ,instructed to provide

- comments: three certified food manager certificate posted on site,however only one allergen training certificates provided on site. Instructed to provide for all certified food service managers
