I stopped by taco bell on friday night at 10pm after a 16hr work day. I ordered 2 crunch wrap supremes no sour cream, a Mexican pizza, and an orange freeze. It was the first thing I had eaten since a muffin for breakfast. Went to bed half an hour after eating my meal only to awaken an hour later to EXTREME nausea and diarrhea. It was accompanied by a pouring cold sweat and almost blacked out. Lasted for 45 minutes and almost called 911. Nausea continued for 2 days. I will be contacting management. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
