Nacho supreme is what I ate. It had beans,beef,tomatoes,cheese and sour cream. And then I had the potatoes with sour cream and cheese. I ate it around 11pm. Started having stomach cramps and then nausea. Around 2am the pain was so bad I couldn't sleep. Had terrible watery diharia. Went to the hospital they determined that I had no infection and said that they have people come in almost daily with food poisoning from taco bell. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
