My friend and I stopped by Taco bell about midnight and I had 2 taco supremes and she had 2 Dorito shell tacos and an apple turnover..When I got home and was gett .oh ng ready for bed about 1:15am I started having stomach cramps and a headache then threw up and had to lay down on the bathroom floor cause I broke out into a cold sweat...I took 3 tums cause at first I thought it was the hot sauce but felt sick the rest of the night. Then had Diarrhea the next morning and still upset stomach with headache. ..I called my friend and she was fine so the only thing I think that could of caused this was my tacos had four cream and hers none..otherwise she had the same meat but not sure if hers had cheese, lettuce or tomatoes like mine did..
I still have a headache and diarrhea.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Cramps, Sweating
