Chalupa, bean burrito, tortilla chips/ w cheese sauce. 2 people. My boyfriend n I went on Thursday, March 31, 2021 and ordered the chalupa box which consists of a bean burrito, beef chalupa, and tortilla chips w/ cheese sauce and got sick about 4 hours after eating. He vomited and I vomited after him. I still have stomach pain after 2 days of consuming the food. It happened 2 days ago, | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Nausea, Vomiting
