Inspectors found several food safety and maintenance violations during the inspection. A significant food safety violation was noted because multiple previously cited issues had not been corrected, and a citation was issued. These included unlabeled food storage containers, improperly stored utensils, worn cutting boards with deep grooves, no visible backflow prevention device on the ice machine, missing food handler training for employees, and missing allergen training for the food manager.
