My daughter ordered nachos with meat, cheese, sour cream, and quac and potato ole's and the little chicken poppers on Tuesday June 11th around 9 pm. My granddaughter ate most of the chicken. My daughter ate a couple chicken poppers and the nachos. My granddaughter had a couple bites of her Mom's nachos. My granddaughter went to the bathroom shortly after eating feeling sick. My daughter woke up at 3am with stomach pain and used the toilet. Then took a bath and ended up getting out to throw up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
