- comments: observed bulk containers of spices in the rear prep area without a label. Instructed to label bulk food storage containers with common name of food and maintain.

- comments: observed a chest freezer located outside in the rear patio area. Instructed management that all equipment must be stored in a clean dry location protected from miscellaneous environmental contamination. Must relocate and maintain.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: found broken/cracked gaskets on the walk-in cooler door. Instructed to repair or replace gaskets and maintain.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: found old food debris and dirt build up on the metal storage racks inside the walk-in cooler. Instructed management to detail clean and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: found broken wall tiles and spray foam on the wall to the left of the three compartment sink. Instructed management to remove spray foam and replace the broken tiles so that the wall is smooth and cleanable.
