Closure Date: 01/12/2022Rodent infestation. The inspector found droppings in several places, including on canned goods, cans of soda syrup, boxes of plastic serving items, a lettuce spinner, all of the racks in a back prep room, and floor. The inspector saw a few pressure traps and said to stop using them and get pest control approved. Of the other 10 violations, two hand-washing sinks weren’t working and a third didn’t have cold water, and some tempura shrimp and cooked chicken were at unsafe temperatures.
