- comments: 5-501. 17---observed no covered waste receptacle provided in the unisex rooftop washroom. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: 2-102. 13---observed the certified food manager without the allergen training certificate. Allergen training is required for all employees that have a city of chicago food sanitation certificate. Instructed to complete training and keep certificate on site.
59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: previous priority foundation violation #60 not corrected from inspection report#2621703 dated: 08/05/2025 #38---6-202. 15: observed openings at base in middle and base at corners of double rear exit doors. Instructed to seal all outer openings to prevent pest entrance. #51---5-204. 12: unable to locate backflow prevention devices on espresso machines near first floor bar and in second floor bar. Instructed to install backflow prevention device on espresso machines in said areas so that it shall be located so that it may be serviced and maintained. Instructed to correct noted violations and maintain by 8/20/2025. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090, citation issued.
