10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed hand sink accross from 3 compartment sink with water filter attached for human consumption. Instructed that the hand sink must be accessible and maintained at all times for handwashing only. Priority foundation violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: observed empty cold hold unit with low temperature of 51. 7 degrees f. Instructed to not use equipment until repaired and holding at 41 degrees and below.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of rodent activity on the premises. Observed approximately 20-30 mouse droppings on the floor of the rear storage area behind garbage container and under the storage shelves. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed food debris and grease on sides of flat top grill. Instructed to clean and maintain.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed loose faucet at 3-compartment sink. Instructed to repair and maintain.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed food debris and grease on floor in front prep area and behind cooking equipment. Instructed to increase cleaning frequency to prevent pests.

58. Allergen training as required
- comments: observed no allergen training during time of inspection. Instructed to obtain.
