- comments: observed handwashing sinks in both girls and boys' toilet rooms (1-3rd floor) without adequate hot running water. Current temperature of 58. 0f-60. 0f in girls, 62. 2f-70. 5f in boys. Instd to provide 100f-120f of hot running water under city pressure at all times. Priority violation 7-38-030. (hot water is observed in kitchen area and in kitchen restrooms).

- comments: observed exterior door near kitchen office with damaged weather strip and 1/4 in gap on side. Instructed person in charge to repair door to be tight fitting.

- comments: observed books stored in milk crates in pre-k classroom. Instructed person in charge to remove and maintain items in cleanable containers.
