Chicken Meal Causes Illness - Texas Roadhouse, Wake Forest North Carolina

I ate at a local restaurant - Texas Roadhouse on 4/24/19 at around 9 pm. My companion had steak sirloin, beans, potato. I had the chicken with cheese and black beans (southwest). . He had no symptoms. Within an hour of getting home, I was experiencing achy muscles, stomach was in severe pain, gas, burbing. Within 2 hours, I was vomiting, had diarrhea, head ache. I had a fever and the chills - shaking uncontrollably. This lasted most of the night. I am drinking water now (dehydrated) and trying to recover (very weak, still have some stomach pain).
