7177 North Davis Highway, Pensacola, 32504 Florida, United States

Me, my boyfriend and his parents ate dinner here for Mother's Day 5-8-2016. We all had the fried onion. My boyfriend and I both had salads. All of us had steak and various sides, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, broccoli. My boyfriend became sick around midnight and had violent diarrhea and vomiting till at least 8 the next morning. I woke up feeling weird, but didn't have diarrhea till about 8:30am, then the vomitting started around 9-9:30am. This continued until 6pm. All I can think of is unwashed lettuce as the culprit? His parents did not become ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
