Nine live roaches observed under prep sink cabinet and around cabinet doors. Three live roaches observed under three compartment sink cabinet. Fourteen live roaches observed in crevice around door frame. Two live roaches observed on tape around side door. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2022-10-10: Observed two live roaches under front window counter. Three live roaches on floor near Hot holding cabinet, three live roaches on floor near prep sink and three live roaches in crevice around side door. Also two egg sacks on floor and one egg sac on top of water tank. **Time Extended**
