Additional information: On September 18, 2023,I ordered the green salad call Artinsinal Salad. It contained romaine lettuce, strawberries, parmesan cheese, cashews with honey mustard dressing on the side. The romaine leaves were pulled rather than cut away from the stalk. The still retained the orangey color on the remains of the stalk. I didn't eat this part of the lettuce, however it was combined, so hard to eat around bad parts of lettuce. I had stomach pains about 1 hour after eating & spent the late afternoon, evening & night vomiting (at least 20 times) followed by diarrhea. I called & left a message for the manager & asked for a return call. My call was never returned. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Sweating
