Went to restaurant 3/20/17 at about 7PM. Ordered a dish called "The Kitchen Sink", consisting of a complex high-roughage salad mixed with spiced pork meatballs and mushroom gravy. About 2 hours after the meal I felt painfully bloated, then began severe diarrhea, severe nausea, cramps, forceful vomiting and endless dry heaves...all this lasted about 36 hours. Then heavy fatigue which I am still getting over now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating
