Went to restaurant 3/20/17 at about 7PM. Ordered a dish called "The Kitchen Sink", consisting of a complex high-roughage salad mixed with spiced pork meatballs and mushroom gravy. Last night the restaurant smelled similar to sewage. It was late and normally I trust the Meatball Shop, so we went for it anyway. I got a spicy pork with spicy sauce, chicken with pesto, and a beef with tomato. Starting an hour or two after and I've been on the toilet for hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
