I recently Dined at the Pho Shack on 90 an 99 in SugarLand. Within 6-8 hours after dining at this restaurant I ended up Violently ill. 2 days later I couldn’t take it anymore and ended up in the Emergency Room. They had to put me on a IV drip for severe Dehydration along with AntiNausea meds,Painkillers,Steroid's and Antibiotics. It has been almost 2 weeks since I dined at this location and my Kidney’s are still Bruised from the Severe Dehydration hopefully there’s no Permanent Damage and I am Still Very Weak. When we walked in I had noticed that the restaurant smelled like old Seafood and when we received our Pho the Meat was Crunchy and the Pho had a Sourness to the broth. I want to make sure this does not happen to anyone else trying to dine here. I have dined at many Pho restaurants for decades and have Never had such Severe Food Poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Dehydration, Weakness
