On 3/30/2022; I was at this establishment for dinner at 8 pm. I ordered the Belfast Burger: well done, no cheese. It came with a 7 oz burger patty, lettuce, shredded lettuce, and onion. I did not add any sauces. My first clue was the burger patty was in two pieces. One piece was cool to the touch, the other piece was warm. Both pieces were cooked to "medium" despite my ordering it well done. I ate 3/4 of the burger before I decided it was just not hot enough to eat. I feel the patty had been precooked and maybe sitting under a heat lamp but half of it was under another burger which is why that half was cold. I developed symptoms of food poisoning about 18 hours after this meal. I had nausea, vomit, diarrhea for about 4 days after. It was about one week before I felt more than 80% better and could eat a meal that was not from a soft food diet. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
