- comments: observed black build up on exterior of ice machine in dish area. Instructed manager to clean ice machine. Observed soil build up on interior of deli cooler on service line. Instructed manager to clean interior of cooler

- comments: observed waste water backup at 3 compartment sink. When water is drained in one compartment it is improperly disposed to another compartment. Priority violation 7-38-030 (c). Citation issued.
