Instructed to provide adequate shelving to elevate food and nonfood items at least six inches off of floor for ease of cleanability and to prevent pest harborage. Observed unsealed wooden shelves used for storing liquor in utility/storage room. Instructed to seal wooden shelves for ease of cleanability.
