Suspected source: fried bratwurst in beer batter
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Additional information: I have Crohn's Disease and the beer may have caused this episode. It was not from this hotel, but where I live nearby. I was making battered bratwurst first time and they were undercooked. I only had a few bites, but I've had campylobacter before and this is what I have. No outbreak...my fault.
