Cooked the frozen Beef and Broccoli as instructed, nothing was off while consuming. I woke up in the middle of the night with severe stomach pain. I have been vomiting and having diarrhea every other hour since then (12hrs). I also have body aches and chills as well. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
