I think oat milk from here. Saturday I got so sick, stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea later. I didn’t know what I ate- I thought it was old rice. I was sick for hours. The next day I woke up fine. Ate pancakes (different bfast than Saturday which was rice and eggs) and had coffee with oat milk. 20 mins later the same cramping pains started and I was sick the whole day again. Vomiting, cramps, nausea, black stool later this day. It happened This weekend01/04 Update: My partner didn’t know I was sick from the oatmilk yet and had some in cereal last night and was throwing up and cramping all night.
