Report date: Oct 9, 20258. Hands clean & properly washed
- comments: observed poor hygienic practices by both male dish washers. Observed male dish washer handling dirty dishes and then removing clean dishes from dish rack without washing hands and the other one was scratching side of face then removed clean dishes from dish rack without washing hands must wash hands after every possible contamination. (priority 7-38-010)(cos)(citation issued)

- comments: observed no hand washing sink in rear cold prep/cold plate prep area must install a hand sink with hot and cold running water,soap and towels. This is a new prep area that was added after previous license inspection that is not in operation during inspection but coolers and plates are in prep area(priority foundation 7-38-030(c)

- comments: must label food storage containers when food is not in original package.

- comments: observed a gap along bottom of garbage and garage doors must make tight fitting.

- comments: observed several food handlers not wearing hair restraints must provide and maintain.

- comments: must invert multi-use utensils on dish storage shelves and dry storage area.

- comments: must replace heavily soiled dish racks that are being cleaning.
