I had eaten egg whites with cheese and tomatoes for breakfast. Then we spent the day sightseeing. We stopped here around 3 and I got a green detox smoothie. A few hours later I had stomach pains and was feeling nauseous. I went to the bathroom. I had to take some Tums before bed. The next day I couldn’t eat anything without it hurting my stomach. I went to the bathroom two more times and still suffered from horrible nausea. That night I woke up with stomach cramps so I took Tums. The cramps woke me again around 6:30 am. I went to the bathroom 3 more times in the am before I took Pepto Bismul. It helped by stopping the bathroom issues but I continued to get cramps on and off all day long. I kept drinking fluids and barely ate anything except toast and a banana. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Other, Cramps
