- comments: observed leak/water dripping from 2 left basin drains of 3 compartment sink in main kitchen/dishwashing area on first floor. Observed faucet base of same 3 compartment sink dripping when water is in use. Instructed to repair and maintain both drains and faucet in good repair.

56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed one filter in exhuast hood in main cooking line to be dislodged/out of place in the hood. Instructed manager to repair or replace filter to ensure all are installed correctly.
