Rodent infestation. The inspector found rodent urine and droppings “too numerous to count” throughout the facility, including on food-prep tables, the front counter, a sheet tray, shelving and the floor. The inspector noted that she couldn’t verify whether there was rodent activity at the cooks line and in another food-prep area because they were too dirty with grease and debris. Among other violations, numerous containers of food were stored without lids, and the dirty conditions were described as “a chronically repeated violation.” Additionally, the restaurant was still offering outdoor dining in violation of COVID-19 health orders.
