- comments: observed timed faucets not functioning properly in girls and boys washrooms. Water must run continuously for at least 15 seconds before reactivationg faucet.

- comments: observed ice buildup inside reach-in freezer in kitchen. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed items stored on floor in pre-k closets 107 and 109. Instructed manager to organize all closets, elevate items off floor and away from walls for easy cleaning and pest control.

- comments: previous priority foundation violation not corrected from report #2624251 on 9-23-25:38-observed over 80 mice droppings scattered on floor in cafe 163 storage, on floor and shelves inside closets and on toys shelves and equipment in pre-k 107, on floor inside closets, on storage containers and bottom of cubbies in pre-k 109. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority 7-42-090
