Taco Meal Illness Report - Wahaca Waterloo, London England

Yesterday (Sunday 31st October) I went up to London to see a cousin, go for a meal then onto the BFI Imax.

We ate at around 2:30pm in this Restaurant. We went straight from there to the cinema. I ate their Coleslaw, Butternut milk chicken taco, Fish taco, and pork taco. The pork Taco tasted funny - but not enough to stop me eating it. We did not have any alcohol. I had a Coca Cola

At around 4:30pm I started to feel unwell in the cinema and had to leave. I drove back to Dorking where I live fighting nausea.

Things got worse - and stomach cramps, severe chills, muscle ache, temparature, dizziness, severe vomiting all night long. I still am not able to keep down any liquid. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Chills, Fever, Muscle Pain
