After eating a sweet cream cheese pretzel, turkey pinwheels, avocado toast and guava juice, suddenly felt incredibly tired and fell asleep in the middle of the day. Then woke up maybe 20 mins later in absolute agony with stomach cramps, covered in sweat, had chills. Severe extreme diarrhea for next 2 hours and stomach cramp and extreme sweating, dizziness, pain. Sweat literally dripping off my face. Stomach pain persisting for hours.
