- comments: observed approx. 30 live small flying insects on the walls and ceiling of the food prep area, dining area between the 2 fountain pop dispensers and in the washrooms. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: the door for the 1 door prep cooler below the counter in the drive-thru area does not close properly. Repair the door gasket of the cooler.

- comments: observed excessive garbage and litter on the ground surrounding the outside garbage dumpsters. Management instructed to maintain the outside garbage area clean at all times to prevent pest harborage conditions. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.
