I had chicken sandwich, french fries, loaded baked potato, a frosty and a Dr. Pepper. We ordered our food and immediately pulled in a parking spot to eat. We keep alcohol wipes in the vehicle and we both cleaned our hands thoroughly and ate. We have both been sick since this morning with the symptoms listed above. Nothing seemed to be spoiled or undercooked. The chicken sandwich had some kind of fried cheese on it that tasted a little odd, but I just ate it and figured that was just how it was supposed to taste. We ate around 9:30 last night. My husband and I both have been sick all day and it was the only meal I ate yesterday and neither of us have eaten today at all because we have both been so sick. My husband started complaining about his stomach hurting about 30 minutes after we ate last night and I didn't think much of it and this morning I woke up and have felt horrible the entire day and he has the same symptoms that I have.October 8th 2021 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
