Bought off Doordash, order was messed up (no mayo son of baconator, chili cheese fries and lemonade, the latter two didnt arrive) but I quickly got over it. Lo and behold, I wake up the next morning with a stomach flu with my body rejecting food and medications. I cannot move without extreme abdominal pain, and have a fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
