- comments: observed no metal stem thermometer on site for measuring temperatures of cold food. Instructed manager to provide metal stem thermometer for measuring temperatures of tcs cold foods. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed active slushie machine and several pieces of inactive hot holding equipment, including nacho cheese warmers and buffet-style warmers, on site with no warewashing facilities. Instructed manager to remove any equipment that must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized from premises or install appropriate ware washing facilities, including a 3-compartment sink and or commercial dish machine with an adjacent hand washing sink. Priority foundation violation 7-38-025 citation issued.
