- comments: observed no hot water (53. 1f-63. 5f) at handwashing sinks in first floor boys (143a), girls (143c), and washrooms near room 164. Instructed manager to provide hot water at all handwashing sinks in washrooms. Priority 7-38-030(c)
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed over 40 mice droppings scattered inside ledges under holding units in serving area, inside bottom compressor units under coolers, on bottom and wheels of shelving carts in dry storage area. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed single service utensils not inverted in serving area. Instructed manager to invert all single service utensils to protect from contamination.

- comments: observed left handwashing sink not properly draining in first floor boys' washroom near room 164. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed dust buildup on ceiling vents and light shields in staff washrooms and prep area, debris inside floor drains under ice machine and sinks in prep area. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
